When an order is placed you will be directed to SagePay or PayPal to complete your order. The funds with which to pay may be allocated from your bank account/credit card to ensure that they are available when the charge is made. Your card is actually charged only when your order leaves our warehouse. If any items on your order are delayed, your card will be charged only when each item leaves the warehouse.
Upon successful completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order.
Once your order is despatched (completed) you will receive an email to confirm your order is now complete and the goods are on route.
